MolyCom® Super Heating Elements are cermet materials mainly composed of MoSi2 (Molybdendisilicide) and some ceramic components. Above 900°C service temperature the surface will form a thin high temperature silica glass-phase, which gives the MolyCom® material a high resistance to oxidation. MolyCom® Super Heating Elements are manufactured by the powder metallurgy technology. |
SiliCom® Heating Elements consist of stable high purity Alpha silicon carbide (SIC). It shows a very fine and unique structure, which results in high temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance. SiliCom® Heating Elements are manufactured under a sintering temperature of 2500°C. |
A complete range of iron chrome aluminium (FeCrAlloy®) steel and nickel-chromium alloys for high temperature applications up to 1400°C. FeCrAlloy® and Fe-Cr-Al-steel - containing "rare earth elements" - are the most versatile of the alloys and are suitable for the use over a wide range of applications up to 1400°C. |
